Cumberland Valley victorious matmen climaxed a brilliant season by beating Juniata joint for the championship of their section. This was the first championship won by the Eagles in a period of two years. Cumberland Valley was represented through the rugged district matches by Barry Mc- Coy. Rodney Wilrd just missed by a very close decision of one to zero. The seasons success was due to the fine coach- ing of joe Carr. Under his guidance for two years.
