This year they came through by winning 53-O and taking the trophy for the first year.

This year our great Argus of many eyes saw a clear picture of our first winning season. The Eagles came through with spectacular play and outstanding team- work of the kind that few schools could overcome. Coach Sanzotto's high-flying team k n o c k e d over teams such as Delone, Camp Hill, and more. When our team was fighting sickness, the ones that remained fought with a ferocity that left our opponents gasping. The Eagles had a desire to win, win, win. The team, spearheaded by the Senior mem- bers and backed by a loyal group of fans, has shown a definite desire to be best. With hard work and that same desire to win our future teams can be even bet- ter. Thus the Argus forecasts.
