Culver City High School had the highest scoring football team in the big school's Central division of the C.l.F. This alone is an honor, but when you realize that Culver is a schooI,of only eight hundred and ninety some students, and realize also that other members of the Central division have enrollments of three and four thousand, you begin to get the impact of the heights to which this year's Centaur Varsity has risen. The Silver and Blue, sporting the best team of its short six year history, rolled up a total of three hundred and five points to her opponents sixty-seven. A team with such a record is well deserving of the tribute and gratitude of its student body. The two games Culver lost were by the narrowest of margins, while her victories were white-washings. The Centaurs held five out of nine teams scoreless which speaks its own praise for the defense. Good work, Varsity! ' - ra , 9 8 .T . 4' x - 14-' 1 gb!
