,,,...-1 Dennis Woodard Jerry McClendon Jane Ann Thompson Bill Martin President l Vice President Secretary Treasurer STUDENT COUNCIL Created for the purpose of providing experiences in government, expressing one's thoughts to others, promoting school policies and activities, helping settle problems of students or teachers, developing responsibility, school spirit and prestige, the Student Council is performing well and above the expectations of its founders. The presidents of the homerooms, 30 in number, meet with the principal and student body president to carry on these purposes in the lives of C.H.S. students. The Homecoming dance and the initiation of new members usually highlight the activities of this club each year.
