LLONA ERDT When it comes to studies, "Miss Echo" is right there. She be- longed to the Honor Society, Senior Girl Reserves, Saga Staff, Student Council, and was Man- aging Editor of the Echo. I , ,. 1 K.. HPNRIETTA FINCH "'-L,u,- , -fl s Art was Henrietta's favoritei""s,, subject. She is a possessor of a soft voice and a pleasant smile. Henrietta keeps the candy bar men in business. DOROTHEA FISCHER She contributed her part to the Echo as a typist. She was a member of the Senior Girl Re- serves, Courtesy Squad, and the class day committee. STUART FLANDERS Stu always did have a way with the women. He was on the properties for the senior play, and was out for baseball. He also took a great interest in re- tail selling. 5 I1 DALE FULLER I Leave it to Dale to snap you unawares. He took part in the activities of the Hi-Y, Tennis Club, was snap-shots editor of the Saga, and chairman of the announcement committee. LEROY ELLERBROOK Known around school for his declaiming and oratory, Leroy was a member of the Hi-Y, Choir, senior play cast, and was on the photo committee. MARYELLA FEA Maryelle might be called the "Miss America" of the class of 37. She was a member of the ring and pin committee, Girls' Sci ce Club, and the Saga , . fill XVILLIAM FIRTH Bill is as jolly as they come. He belonged to the Hi-Y, Boys' Science Club. the Orchestra, and was a prompter in the senior play. FRAYZFLANDERS Frank is an enthusiastic sports- man. He contributed his share by being on the properties com- mittee for the senior play, and also went out for football and baseball. NAOM I FOX Naomi is a girl who is very shy. She worked on the cos- tume committee for the senior play. She is friendly and will stick to a pal. 1 ORRAINE GAGNE Here is a happy-go-lucky girl whose time was taken up by the Girls' Science Club, Hikcrs Club, class day committee, and the Courtesy Squad.

BERNICE COUZYNSE It is good to begin well, but better to end well. Bernice was in the Senior Girl Reserves, Choir, and a member of the announcement committee. , , f ' f I f .f-P ARTHUR DAVIS ' ' Art was an enthusiastic cheer leader. He was in the Band and in the Orchestra. His pleasant- ness made friends of both stud- ents and faculty members. IDA DE BRUYN Try and catch the smily Ida scowling. She belonged to the Hikers Club, Girls' Science Club, Courtesy Squad, and was on the class day committee. s VIRGINIA DE VREUGD ' Ginny is attractive and cheerful but very shy. She took part in the junior Revue and was Senior Girl Reserve during the Hrst semester of the senior year. JEANETTE DE YOUNG Jeanette is jolly and friendly- a real scout. She belonged to the Girls' Science Club, A. B. Club, Hikers Cluh, and the photo committee. AVIS DICKERSON Avis is the quiet type of girl, but she will surprise you with her speaking ability. He was class president in his junior year and was very active in class af- fairs. lx, HELEN DAVISON C Helen's eyes are flashing delight all the time and she gets a lot of pleasure out of dancing. She participated in the dramatics productions that were put on in December. D IZCII. DE GROOT Cece is always willing to help. She was a member of the A. B. Club, Girls' Science Club, Honor Society, Senior Girl Re- serves, and was in the Senior Play. 9' M JANE DE XVEERD iry You can always plan on janc's being pleasant and dependable. She was on the Courtesy Squad, on the session room group of th Saga staff, and on the mem- : al committee. if XVILLIAM DICKENSON if 1 .. Bill was well ahle to hide all feeling but, nevertheless, he was very interesting. He was a member of the Hi-Y and Boys' Science Club. MARGARET DRYER Everybody's pal and an all around athlete is Toots. She is a good friend and a good sport. Don't you like her curly hair?

VIRGINIA GALBRAITH Her dark curly hair has a way with "the man with the tech- nique." Virginia belongs to the Girls' Science Club, was a mem- ber of the senior play cast, and was president of the All 'Round Club. FLOYD GILLETT Floyd was a dark and handsome member of the basketball team. His athletic ability brought forth acclaim. He was a valu- able track member also. DOROTHY GLEASON "Dodie" is a likeable person to know. She was a member of the Saga staff, and was em- ployed at joppe's soda fountain bar during the second semester. HELEN GOULOOZE Helen will make some business man a capable secretary. She was elected to the Honor So- ciety and is deserving of such an honor. .. wtf' DOROTHY HALL Dorothy is of the quiet and un- assuming type. She was in the Senior Girl Reserves, the Girls' Science Club, and was on the Echo and Saga staffs. KATHRYN HAWKINS Kathryn is a picture of dignity. She was an Echo typist and a member of the class day cum- mittee. Her favorite study was commercial law. lfl21 D NE GEUKES jane is the jean Muir type of our class. She was a member of the Girls' Science Club, and took part in the Girls' Meet. DOROTHY GINTHER Small in size, but we wouldn't want everyone to be tall. Where you d a tall blonde, you can also Il d the short, brunet Do GLOVICK 's laugh is distinctive. He s a captain of the Hi-Y bas- tball team, and was often seen by Crestonites at the Re- gent Roof. HARRY GRAVE LYN Harry has snappy black eyes. He contributed his share by being a doorman at the senior play, and was on the track team and a Courtesy Squad member. RICHARD HASKINS All the worthy are not in the limelight. Richard was on the announcement committee. and helped in the "Crestonite" with the senior stunt of "Socco." DON HENDRICKS Don is a person whom every- body likes. He was one of the members of the Hi-Y who sold paddle-pops at the basketball games.
