Administrators Lead Us A familiar face in our halls is that of Burton R. jones. Superintendent of Creston Public Schools. Mr. Jones alwavs has a cheery greeting for CHS students. "First a science teacher, then a principal" is the story of Gene C. Hertz, our new principal. Mr. Hertz was ap- pointed to this position after the resignation of Earl llarmon. Findley M. Herring, Dean of Creston junior College has an interesting past. He was born in Ohio, served as a corporal in the army, and has held several administrative positions before coming to Creston. Ina Napier, vice-principal of CHS, supervises procedure in the principals office. Here she counts scores of absence cards resulting from the Asian "flu" epidemic in CHS this fall. 64 On
