Dramatic Group Honors Students
The National Thespian Society, under the spon-
sorship of Everett Porter, is an honorary society
composed of students who are interested in dra-
matics and who have earned a minimum of T5
points. These points may be accumulated by ap-
pearing in plays, working backstage, handling
ticket sales, publicity, properties, taking speech,
or working on the Junior Town staff. Two initia-
tions are held annually. The first was held No-
vember QO and the second in the spring. Creston
High School Troupe 697 has as its purpose the
advancement of dramatic arts. A number of stu-
dents earned points for membership this year by
taking part in the senior class play "Room For
One More," October 25, and in the iunior class
play "Home Sweet Homicide," March 5. Officers,
