"Day by day in every way the high school music grows better and better." This is very true and a great deal of the credit goes to Miss Genevieve DeShaw, who has been giving most of her time to work with her four Glee Clubs. There are many beautiful voices in the different Glee Clubs and with this years graduating class we will lose some excellent singers, whose places will not easily be filled. The Mixed Glee Club showed both talent and training by the effective manner in which they produced the Cantatta "The Leg- end of Nacoochee? The plaintive Indian melodies that abound in this primitive love story, together with the appropriate stage settings left a lasting impression on the minds of the audience. H arriet Watts Chorus ................................. ---Mixed Glee Club As the Annual goes to press the Boy's Glee Club is working on the Operetta "Captain Van Der Hum" which will be produced about March 30th. It is the story of a pirate, Walter Wade has the leading role. The way in which the boys are applying them- selves prophesy success of the Operetta.
