The Contrasts played their version of western music. f The incoming Sophomores plunged into school activities with a fresh new spirit and enthusiasm. The faces of Sophomore girls were greeted by the friendly smiles of upperclassmen at the Sophomore Tea. The new Crawford co-eds toured the campus and listened to advice from experienced Colts. Sophomores displayed interest in vigorous leader- ship by electing Sophomore Class officers and Jun- ior Varsity Cheerleaders, Tenth graders experienced the thrill of their first Homecoming as they partici- pated in the Caravan of Floats. Expressing their pride in being part of Crawford, the Sophomores worked diligently on their float entry, Happiness is Finally Becoming a Baby Colt. Although not taking a prize this year, the experience will help in the future.
