DAVID DERBY THOMPSON President Dave is a versatile man with interests ranging from sports, especially those connected with water, to music and reading. He has exhibited his athletic abilities as co-captain of our championship swim team, as a hur- dler, and as discus and javelin thrower on the track team. His popularity stems from his quiet and polite manner, sincere attitude, and clean-cut appearance. Dave, who in his sophomore year rated as the scho- lastically outstanding boy, hopes to pursue a military career. Well-known for .f her musical abilities, Maddie is a member of the Rhode Island Philharmonic Youth Orchestra, the All- State Orchestra, and the Brown University Orchestra. She hopes to use her two favorite subjects, modern lan- guages and history, in a career in the foreign diplo- matic corps. After graduation, Judy plans to attend Bryant College where she will take secretarial and bookkeeping courses.
