To the Student Body: The message below is to ask and answer one question, Who does the Student Council represent: Let's look deep into the activities at CVJS to find out. Let's see what the Student Council is and what it does. The Student Council is a group of students, 23 ordinary students with 2 advisors, organized to discuss and find solutions to problems that surround us every day at CVJS. The Student Council for the year 58-59 has sponsored many activitiesg 1. Special Assembly programs to add to your knowledge of the outside world. 2. Pennant sales to promote school spirit. 3. The handling of school elections, incluing that of cheerleaders. 4. Conferring with the administration on matters affecting the student body. 5. Sponsoring The Smoke Signals' write-up in local newspapers plus many other activities.
