Different projects have been carried out. Honor study halls, with a council member in charge were set up. These were carried out last year. . Some of the council members visited the grade rooms and gave talks on school pride. The council.a1,o had charge of Savings Stamps. This year the student council sold Christ- mas holly, Stampix, and had a Tag Day. These activites helped raise money with which we hope to buy shrubbery for the school. They were very successful. It was decided that the council would be in charge of the Assembly programs. Everyone thought this was a good idea and met it with enthusiasm. Since the Student Council has been intro- duced into our school, we have noticed man new and improved changes taking place. we hope the Council continues this good work and has good luck in the years to come. 68
