Graduation Day Thank you for the memories of Costa Mesa High; Some of us worked hard here and others just got by. But no matter how, we made it here, to graduate today. And just to think our Freshman year it seemed too far away. Lots of friends collected here, some to last our whole lives through I think this class would be glad to say the enemies were few. All of us at one time were friends, if only for a day. This class shines together in a very special way. Maybe we had fun here, but now we will be free. After today in the Real World, together we will be. No longer in the classroom or at the football games Out there we will find new friends and learn all new names. Someof us will grasp the memories and others may not care. We taught each other many things the teachers would not dare. Hopefully we find pleasant thoughts looking back on these 4 years. Together we have felt our great joys and fought our deepest fears. These memories should be cherished each and every day. We have all touched each other ' s lives in a very special way. Sadie Hawkins Dance This year ' s Sadie Hawkins dance took a differ- ent twist — MORP. Of course that is Prom backwards, and that was the thenne. Everyone dressed their worst (which was normal for some of us) and the girls asked the boys, and the whole evening was casual — including a casual meal at the fast-food joint of your choice. The DJ rocked the house and everyone really got into it. A suc- cess it was. and a very comfortable one at that. •Who ' s BAD?! Hangin ' out is a part of every dance.
