Winter Dance What a smile!

On December 17, 1987. the cafeteria was tiiied with beautiful young ladies and handsome young men. There were almost two hundred students in atten- dance. It lasted from seven to nine, while students danced to the latest hits. Refreshments were generously supplied by the PTA. There were over thirty door prizes distributed. They included gift certificates for records and movies, Christmas candy, stuffed animals, and much more. Free candy canes were given to every- one. Yearbook Staff This year ' s yearbook staff was a very close-knit group, which worked very well together. Many of the editors exhibited a lackadaisical attitude at the be- ginning of the year. This attitude changed very quick- ly as students started feeling the pressures of meet- ing deadlines. Yearbook was taken very seriously and class time was used conscientiously for the re- mainder of the year. The yearbook ' s success can be credited immensly to those students who returned from last year ' s staff. All the editors will agree that they encountered many stressful situations; howev- er, they did manage to enjoy their experiences on the 1987-1988 yearbook staff.
