German Club Even though the German Club is a small group, it is still strong. German Club has managed to make a lot of progress in staying in touch and participating in activities membership has grown steadily throughout the year. The German Club has certain weekend activities for all of the quali- fied members. The Club has planned numerous fundraisers in correlation with other clubs. French Club Once again the French Club has had a suc- cessful year. They are one of the more popular clubs on Mesa ' s campus. The Club has partici- pated in many activities, among them ice skat- ing, Fondue Video parties, a visit to a dinner theatre to see the Can-Can, miniature golf, horseback riding, and French dinners. As a tra- dition, the club sold the Valentine ' s day grams. Some of the fundraisers they held included sell- ing French lollipops and Swiss chocolates. Activities-163 Club President- Anna Fitzwater. A.P. Chemistry A. p. Chemistry has been a very active group here at Mesa this year. Some of the fundraisers they have participated in include bake sales and selling Easter grams. The grove has also planned a few sock-hops, in hopes to promote school spirit. The money from these fun- draisers will be used to help pay for the A.P. exam at the end of the year. After completing the test, the club plans on putting on a Chemis- try Magic Show and perform for the other sci- ence classes on campus. This was the first year A.P. Chemistry has started a club.
