High Goals Reached By Marching Band Under the direction of Mr. Earl Treichel and drum major Scott Houston, the mustang band set goals to work harder and longer for more rewarding results this year. Performing at football games, dedications and pa- rades proved to make the band a unified performing group. They earned second place in a Fountain Valley Parade, performed in the San Dimas Christmas Parade and the annual Costa Mesa Fish Fry. Overall, our Marching Band had an exciting year be- cause they performed many times and won many a- wards. l. Drill down commandoes, Drum major, Scott Houston and assist- ant Drum major, Jim Hammons. 2. Drummers do it louder. 3. Practicing before the game helps to make the half-time show perfect. 4.
