FRESHME A D S O R Mrs. B. Irwin PRESIDENT Dan Hoey After the Freshmen managed to find their classes at the beginning of the year, they quickly be- came organized. They made a lot of money by rentingslaves at Marty's Corral. The slaves were all volunteers and the Freshmen showed quite a lot of spirit by getting out and Working for this project. By the end of the first semester, they were making more money than any previous Fresh- man class had made. They held a dance after the Mesa vs. Harbor basketballgame, February 26. The band was composed of Freshmen and the dance was a big success. Even their parents showed enthusiasm when the Freshmen tied with the juniors in the P. T. A. membership drive. ln spite of the difficulties of this being their first year at this school, the Freshmen have had an exciting year to remember. ISn't there an easier way to eat this? Isn't this romantic?
