On October 15 and 16, a retreat was held at Emerald Valley Ranch for students and faculty of Coronado. Participants learned to work together and discussed leadership, nature, Outward Bound, and even cooking. A dance was also included in the group activities. The retreat proved to be a time of learning and meeting new friends, Students and teachers to discuss problems, new ideas, and experiences. Annual Fall Show Displays Student Talents 1' s. I Q ! Steve Fontana looks happy after first-place honors were presented. The annual Coronado Talent Show, held on November 18, proved to be a great success. After taking first place awards, Jones, Fontana and Company, a rock group, and singerfguitarist, Rich Weatherbee, represented Coronado in the All- City Talent Show on February 2, 1977. Judging the contest were Mr. Bob Bechman, Miss Allison Pierce, Mr. Norman Smith, and Mr. Bob Young. Kent Varner was in charge of organization for this year's show.
