O 111 History Department Makes History Of Its Own This year in the History department, Mr. Conner's students learned about an average student and his feel- ings about school. Miss Busby's students re-lived the Boston Tea Party, and the Economics classes were busy as Mr. Justus concluded his teaching career. New teach- ers joining the department this year were Miss Fiore, Mr. Hollman, Mr. Buchanan, Miss Miller, and Mr. Hen- dricks. Mr. Burnett refreshes his knowledge of history. New Fields And Activities Emphasized In Art What is Art? ponders Mr. Mundy. Mr. Shernick offers advice on an art project. This year the art department de- veloped many new ideas. Courses in photography, glasswork, advanced pottery and many others were being planned as part of the art program. Mr. Shernick, head of the depart- ment, felt that the students thor- oughly enjoyed the classes. Mr. Mundy rounded out the department staff.
