Spanish Club Reaches Their 1975 76 Goal The Spanish Club has been very active this past year. Their main goal was to go to Mexico over spring break. Money-making activities included selling imported sweaters and shirts from Ecuador, caramel apples, and stationery, holding garage sales and car washesg and wrapping gifts for Christmas. The Spanish Club also planned other small trips including a dinner at Casa Bonita, a skip trip, a camping trip in the spring, and a picnic at the end of the year. This year's French Club was an active organization with thirty-five members. The club's main purpose was to give its members opportunities to see and practice the French culture. They did this through social gatherings, camping trips, and viewing French movies. The club had one money-making project this year which was selling candy. The club was headed by Mrs. Margo McMillen, and helping her was Miss Dina Duncan. The club officers were Clyde Lehmkuhl, president, Amy Brooks, vice-president, Cindy Foltz, secretary, Karen Howerton, treasurer, and Cindy Yamada, ICC repre- sentative. The 1976-77 Latin club at Coronado had a good year. Among the clubis activities were a dinner with the Benet Hill Latin club and junior participation in a Junior Class League competition in April. The club consisted of twenty members with four officers: Anna Ingrahm and Julie Sanders, co-presi- dentsg Tammy Fisher, secretary of treasury, and Christi Koppisch, ICC representative.
