It is an honorary club which serves as a goal for all serious students. Quill and Scroll The Quill and Scroll is an organization made up of mem- bers from the annual and paper staffs. They are chosen for their academic and journalistic abilities. The purpose of the club is to help better the publications of the Cardinal and Cohimore. Many highlights throughout the school year made the efforts of the FTA successful. Among these achievements were several money-making projects and a trip to La Grande for the annual Oregon State FTA Convention. To attain some teaching experience, the members of the FTA also had a Student Teaching Day which permitted the Future Teachers to take over the regular instructors' duties.
