IN MEMORIAM In early autumn, 1955, Mr. Green Jackson, for many years the gardener of the Copiah-Lincoln Campus, was called to tend the Royal Grounds of the Master. When spring comes again many Copiah-Lincoln students and teachers will look upon the fragrant flowers and bright greenery and will see, through the misty veil of memory, a slight figure, with a warm hearted smile and friendly wave, walking over the grounds that he loved and cared for so tenderly and tirelessly, and among the flowers whose bright faces perhaps hide a tear because he has gone.

If you have developed physically, mentally, socially, and spiritually during your two years at Co-Lin, we as teachers have been suc- cessful. Remember, we who remain at Copiah-Lincoln shall always watch your progress with pride. If there is any way that we can be of service in the future, you have but to call on us, You owe a lasting obligation to the state that has made and will continue to make your education possible.
