at AD OUR The building of Copiah-Lincoln has naturally resulted largely from the united efforts of many people. Outstanding in the group who have contributed to the building of our school have been the members of the Board of Trustees and the Boards of Supervisors of the counties which cooperate in the support of our High School and Junior College. Every movement for progress and growth must have one central leader. This leader. in the building of Copiah-Lincoln for several years. has been our president, J. M. Ewing. Under his direction our school has become a member of the American Association of Junior Colleges. the Southern Association of Secondary Schools and Colleges. and a leader in all Junior College activities. We, the members of the Sophomore Class, who have sponsored this issue of the Co-Lin Trillium, shall endeavor to continue to build our school in order that those who have given us this opportunity to grow, may give this same opportunity to others. PRESIDENT JAMES MILTON EWING B. S.. Mississippi State M. A.. Columbia University
