T.A.R.S. Teen Age Republicans were on the move in this Presi- dential Campaign Year. Mr. Flolph, the club moderator, felt the goals of the organization were to learn more about caucuses, campaigns, elections and get involved with volunteer work. This past year the T.A.R.S. sold bumper stickers in order to raise money to attend state and local conventions. On May 14 the club got to visit with Governor Al Quie, and received insight into the career of a successful politician. From here on it is hard work and maybe even a career in politics for these hard working young people. Whether it is Bush or Reagan, part of the reason they are there is due to these T.A.Fi.S. yan' Back Fiow, Mr. Fiolph, Laurie Brown, Jody Johnson, Mike Scott, Doug Shalley, Laura Olson, Lois Wallenhorst, Carol Sand, Peggy Zambory, and Bill Kennard. SPRING PLAY The spring production, and final play for the year, The Ladys Not For Burning was an excellent three act comedy. lt was set in the 15th Century in the house of the Mayor. The cast was seasoned with veterans of the C.Fl.S.H. stage, and included some newcomers that showed great promise for the future. As always Mark Schulte, Lisa Rykken, and Mark Johnson gave splendid performances. They will be a great loss to the drama dept. in the coming year. Karla Krantz, Lavona Person, and Sheryl Zehnder once again were responsible for a great production. Much thanks for a year of great plays. CAST Richard .............,.. Pat Julik Thomas Mendip ...,.
