ovs BASEBALL STATE CHAMPIONS! Another Conference Title and a Region Title were brought home to C.Ft.S.l-i. as the boys baseball team seemed , unbeatable. The mighty sticks, and excellent pitching along with great defensive piay brought the Cards through an almost perfect season. One of the highlights of the eyar was the winning of the region championship. GIRLS soF1'BAl.L r The Cardinal Softball team had a very swinging season winning 12 and losing only 3! This lead the girls to the North Suburban Championship with an 8 win and t toss , record in the conference. Jodi Duray completed a very successful two years of varsity pitching with 15 wins and only 5 losses. Val Weaver also pitched wail in her first year ot varsity play.
