Community Events Part of Music Class Clayton McCartney: Symphony Band. David Peterson: Varsity Band, Concert Band, Rudiments of music . Richard Conrad: Orchestra. The music classes are not just an hour a day class. The bands, choirs, and orchestra perform at many extra-cur- ricular events. The bands are noted for their fine job at sports events and at concerts . The choirs sing at shopping centers and give formal concerts. The orchestra puts on an excellent Christmas concert each year along with other concerts.
