The Pumpkin Bowl was a football game many people will never forget. The gigantic trophy displayed in the trophy case stands out among all others. The pumpkin in the cen- ter brings back memories of the slogan, Stomp the Pump- kinheads which can be heard whenever Coon Rapids and Anoka meet in athletic competition. Our lettermen are dedicated to the sports they participate and receive recog nition in. Students are employed in hospitals, city halls, community schools, real estate of- fices, and various other places . A state convention was held in Min- neapolis with office skills comple- tion. The national convention was also held in Minneapolis. In order to make money to go to these conven- tions, CREST sold magazines, can- dles, and candy.
