BOYS AND GIRLS STATE 1952 Centennial, Wyoming was again the setting as the 1952 Boys State convened. The memorable days of June 1-7 will always be a reality to John 1-luntzinger. Larry Crummer, Jeff Jones, and Ted Lohrer, Douglas representatives to Boys State. On Cheyenne Day June 6th, the boys took over the reins of the Wyoming State Government. Girls State was held on tne following week, June 8-14. Sessions were held on the Wyoming campus and housingwas provided in the Men's Residence Hall. Douglas representatives were: Carol Curtin, Jody Don- ohoe, Bea Holberg, and Agnes Stevick. Carol Curtin was elected President of the Senate and Bea Holberg, County Coroner. ln-A
