A- X.-is Te Senior Class Play Last year our class gave the snappy little presentation, entitled, Am I lntrudingf' which we will have to admit went over with a bang. l.et us hope that it w ill go over doublv so this year, when we consider that this is our last year. just watch and see if we don't put the pep in it. THE ARRIVAL OF KITTY VK'illiam XYinkler, a rich uncle. moves to the llalkin llouse in order to keep llob Baxter from marrying jane. They arrive at the mountain resort, the manager being away the bell boy and Sam, the Vorter, try their luck. Ting, the bell boy, takes charge. During the stay at the mountain resort the family is charged a great deal for lodgings, Clf. Mr. Moore arrives on the scene, a man never seen before. W'inkler, being near-sighted. trys to have him marry jane, Mr. VYinkler's sister, or :Xunt jane. There was a will left by the father of the family that she, jane, should marry Benja- min Moore. Mr. NYinkler receives a letter and picture from Kitty, Mr. VVinkler's girl, Babie steals the letter. Dresses up like Kitty and trys to make trouble by means of trying to marry jane. Kitty, the real Kitty arrives. llabie has been making love to everybody. Vt'hen the real Kitty docs arrive, they all make love to her. Everything is in a mix-up but it turns that liabie marries jane, VYinkler marries Kitty with his EFZfl,000.00, llenjamin marries Aunt jane. There is a triple wedding. The Cast has not been selected yet but will be picked very soon as the play is expected lo be presented in about three weeks, on the evening of May fourteenth. lt will undoubt- edly be a success as we have good material which was proven last year. -N. C .-X., 27. JUNIOR PLAY The junior play, NYater XYon't Run Cp llill, was given in the lligh School Audi- torium, lleeember 21, 19311. The story is concerned with the adventures and misadventures of a young man who is very' much in love, but who is too poor to get married. Ile must have money, but how is he to get it? Ile goes to a brother Elk, explains the situation, and together they devise a scheme for raising the necessary funds. lt is a perfectly honest, strictly legitimate business proposition, but it has no precedent. Never in the history of the world has anything like it been tried. NYith fear and trembling they put the plan into operation and the two Iilks find themselves involved in the business affairs of a syndicate of wealthy business men and entangled in the law affairs of half a dozen women. Their effort to bluff the former and side-step the latter brings about some side-splitting situations. lfollowing is the cast: XN'alt VVoodward Francis Roush judge lfvans - - XVm.
