X'Ve feel that it was an immense success, even more than of former years and we look forward to many more such meets in the future. The sun arose early on this memorable day, which of course is most natural. and every- thing pointed to a very favorable day. A light breeze prevailed all day but failed to develop into anything more than that. At ten o'clock in the,morning a preliminary meet was held held in which those who just couldn't put over the stud were eliminated. XVhen the results were read it was found that Douglas was going to have several chances to do her stuff in the finals. VVell, it's two o'cloek, the breeze is still breezing but the sun isn't rising.
