WHAT E'VE DO . . .So this is CONSTELLATION: A mass of steel and airplanes to make her the largest working, floating system of her class. But what about the men who work on board this floating machine? The men whose sweat keep her ever-ready and ever- watehfulg keep her mighty engines running and her aircraft flying: A never ending, thankless job these men do and do well: The men who endure pain, cramped quarters, separation, and loneliness. Men who routinely work twelve to fourteen hours a day. Men who have the endless task of preparing 15,000 meals a day. Men who risk their lives each and every day, whether flying in aircraft, working on the flight deck or hangar deck, in the propulsion spaces, or with weapons, electrical gear. or anywhere. This is the personal side of CONSTELLATION: The men who do the work that make her engines run, airplanes fly, and radar turn. THIS is CGNSTELLATION! 5 'W-we-..3,,,5, Jfmf 'R' 4 , ,, H N ga f 2 13 u a ef I - 4 A 4 g fitt I M.R. Morris WD, Jones LB- FOSICV W- D-Jones , M.R. Morris 1 JPN
