DEDICATION We, the class of 1965, dedicate this twenty-seventh edition of the Connumach to the community. More important than our heredity is our environment, for we are the products of it. The things we see, the places we go, and the people we meet make us the people we are. Our homes, our churches, our schools, along with the geographical location of these, help us to distinguish good from evil, the beautiful from the ugly, and the important from the trivial. Our earliest influence came from our home and family. We shall always remember our grade school days-our schools, our teachers. High school gave us fond remembrances of faculty members, of facts they taught us. Our churches also have continued to mold our character. We look to these with pride. The natural beauty of our surroundings-the forests, the hills, and the streams-make us proud of our community in Pennsylvania. For the privilege of being part of such an environment, it is with a deep sense of appreciation that we dedicate this book to our community.
