ST UDE T COUNCIL The Student Council, a democratic body which consists of representatives from every homeroom, tries to promote a better understanding and relationship between the students, faculty, and the administration. The Scout , the annual handbook, is published by the Student Council, dances and feature length movies are sponsored by the Council. Christmas decorations are made by the decorating committee. Conemaugh Township is a member of the National, State and VVest Central Penn- sylvania Association of Student Councils. Shirley Toth and Sanford Yoder were the delegates to the State Convention at Beaver Falls.
