The blazing sun, the twinkling stars, the birds, the beasts, the flowers, and a thousand other things in nature all are marvels that stagger the imagination. The most wonderful thing about the universe is its perfect order and symmetry. There are untold millions of planets like our world, all spinning through space at terrific speeds and yet with the exactness and precision of clockwork. There is never any lost motion, never the slightest deviation from the usual path, never a collision between two of the heavenly bodies; everywhere and always is perfect organization, harmony and beauty. We the Staff, present you this, the '62 COHIAN—ROUND THE UNIVERSE It has been said that man’s wealth is measured not in the abundance of things he possesseth, but by the unselfish good he does for his fellow man. If this is true, then one such man, Mr. Guy S. Kelly, must have a treasure of gold. No one man has done more for Conecuh County and its school citizens than has Mr. Kelly. In his own humble, quiet way, he has done his share in keeping the schools in Conecuh County open. Still serving in his second term as Superintendent of Education, he is striving to keep the school doors open. Honors of all kinds have been bestowed upon Mr. Kelly, but now the students of Conecuh County High School would like to offer their sincere thanks to a true friend.
