The Mathematics Department Mr. D. Reinking takes special notice of individual problems. Mr. D. Reinking, B.S. Algebra I II, business math, tennis coach freshman class sponsor This department is trying to develop in students the ability to think logically and to use reason in making decisions. The courses being offered in the college prep, line are Algebra I II, plane geometry, solid geometry, and trigonometry. These subjects are the foundations for those people who are looking forward to careers in the fields of science and engineering. The two courses offered for those students on the general or business course of study are general math and one semester of busi- ness math. Both are two-year elective courses and present facts and figures of interest and importance about the Latin and German speaking peoples of the world.
