To us, the class of '61, fifty-eight was most exciting and different year of our ves. This was the year we got acquainted Concordia, and were added to its list of patrons, sons and daughters. Often the year we felt confused and mystified to the right thing to do and the right way do it. But the teachers and students were pful and gave us tips and hints. X., I When we come back in the fall as sopho- mores, we know we will feel very much su- perior to the new freshmen, but we will envy them a little too. For they will have three classes of big brothers and sisters and four wonderful years ahead of them. ja- i L 0 I Q, i ' ,,.,,, rr 1, 12 L Y? f - Y 5' Girl-talk in the art room at noon. We ltared moments of happiness, guilt and -therwise, and sadness especially when e relinquished Jim Schroeder and Gerry ugel to a Heavenly world. Now re is not so much time for en- ing Concordia's social life as fore. The homework is getting lavier and many of us have nrt-time iobs which fill other- se spare hours. Some of us are ficers of the Student Council clubs. But following the new sponsibilities and demands mes a grown-up feeling of ac- -mplishment if we have done le iob well. We are proud too our class rings which we feel Jal the seniors' and those of her schools in their modern eauty and design. We realize -at we have many talented in- viduals in our class and are eking to provide expression for em by way of assemblies and its.
