The Military Department formed an arch of sabers through which the Queen and her four attendants were escorted by Military Officers. Pat Albrecht the 1955 Homecoming Queen placed the honor of 1956 Home- coming Queen on Lois Kruse during the half-time of the Auburn-Concordia bas- ketball game.
