Concord- ia's cultural unit, the art department, again otters Art l and ll and art appreciation. The art courses are designed to teach the students to use the techniques of art. They learn to ex- press their feelings and ideas effectively through their proiects. Art appreciation, a study ot art as an enrichment to lite, helps the student to develop culturally. This course covers the evolution of art from past civiliza- tions to the art ot l964.
