Orientation 0 .mme if seemed like 664105 RRIVING a week before the older and wiser upper classes, the freshmen endured the ordeal of orientation week before mid-September. As usual the well organized week seemed chaotic to bewil- dered freshmen who donned gold beanies and be- came accustomed to the ideas of standing in long lines and listening to long lectures. Confusion quickly diminished as each frosh found himself-in one of the twenty-eight clubs and met his two student advisors. Over fifty upper classmen returned early to help newcomers get acquainted with Concordia. They acted as club advisors and also gave a program to entertain 'their advisees. Faculty advisors gave counsel to help freshmen and transfers choose their courses. Election of class oflicers and six senators was also a part of the week. Gals of the new class enjoyed a garden party at Park Region. More formal fun came with the President's Reception.
