Among the many land marks around C.H.S. are the arch- ways connecting the main building to the Wilson and Indus- trial buildings. Dur- ing bad weather, these came in very handy. At Columbus High Between periods, many of us gathered at the drinking fountains to talk and even to get a drink.

The combination of these two aspects, academic and social, gives a true picture of Columbus High School.
