Having but one year to complete at Collingdale High School, members of the Junior Class are anxiously awaiting the coming of their senior year. The year has advanced swiftly and enioyably. Most students are likely to re- member it as a year of drivers' aptitude tests and examinations. We have enthus- iastically entered such proiects as a magazine drive earlier in the year and a greet- ing card sale in the spring. Through these endeavors valuable experience has been gained for later ventures. One of our most enioyable experiences was the presentation of the class play, Arsenic and Old Lace, in April. The play brought to many students the realization that co-operation can and does reap successful results. Finally in May, the class presented perhaps the year's maior social event, the Junior Prom. The members of the Class of l96l anticipate success and prosperity in all un- dertakings and eagerly look to the future. They had entered the life of an always busy senior high school student. Having their class organized and sponsored by two eager and wonderful teachers gave them a feeling of really belonging to their school. Also in their new life came the big event of their sophomore year . . . The Soph Hop! Everyone was enchanted by the romantic music of the Harmonaires. The evening seemed to bring out the ioy and gladness of everyone. They participated eagerly in their class activities which consisted of concessions at football games and the selling of class merchandise and Easter eggs. Their en- thusiastic manner from this year is sure to lead them to success in the future. '-,-L, 3, il 432' 57' in J is Zvi' ,H Yi ix 0 - r 23 1 I 1 , Q , , 'Eff in 54: K ., 1 1 up f' .Y ,f Y ,6...-.
