The many compliments on the conduct of the students at Col- erain are largely due to Mr. Charles Kern, Dean of Students. His duties, which include disci- pline and absenteeism, are ex- pediently and ably performed. His ability to detect a problem and his competence at solving it have made him the administrator he is. Mr. Kern has helped to produce an agreeable relationship between the students and faculty which is a vital element for a well-ordered school. Help for the present.
