CAFETERIIA STAFF MAINTENANCE STAFF The beauty of our campus and the cleanliness of our buiidings wexe often taken for granted. The work and effort required couid not be seen by the students. This neatness and attractiveness was due to endless time spent by our custodians headed by Art Kammer. His able assistants were S. Clark, E. Eppert, E4 Frank, R, Hudson, P. Lung, E. Reddington, C. Shields, F. Thomas; E. Weidiich, Me Hall, and H. Jackson. Much behind-the-scene preparation took place before the student could enjoy his mid-day meal. The weekly menus were planned with a thought for nutrition, Variety, and economy. This responsible position was under the direction of Thelma Herzog. Her capable staff was comprised of H.
