To you, Mr. Thomas R. Mummey, we, the class of nineteen hundred fifty-seven do dedicate this volume of The Golden Eagle. In the eight years that you have been here at C.C.H.S., you have always given your unselfish help and advice to all those seeking it. For seven years you have directed and sponsored the KAY organi- zation, making it one of the best in this district. Under your direction the science department of C.C. H.S. ranks inferior to none. Truly, you have, by your conscientious and unceasing efforts, made a commendable and memorable contribution to the progress of our community. For this, Mr. Mummey, we salute you! 3

Administration f C C H S Affairs Is Guided By Capable Hands Having been principal of the Colby High School for six years, Mr. 1.1. Leller has always been willing to give his time and advice to students, The school and it's activities have rnn smoothly with Mr. Zeller in the office. Mr. R. L. Dennen has been superin- tendent of the Colby schools for twenty-four years, During this time the school has grown under his lead- ership in number, scholarship, ac- tivities, physical facilities, and in building better citizens, r? Mrs, Lucille Bishop's first year at CC. H, S. as secretary of the Board of Education and Board of Trustees, has shown her capability in keeping the school records.
