I CAPTAIN'S FOREWORD The cruise that We of the Cogswell have just com pleted has been both a pleasant and a profitable one for all of us. It has been pleasant because of the many fine friends we have made While a part of the U.S. Seventh Fleet and the many fine ports we have visited. It has been profitable because of the fine teamwork which the officers and the crew have exhibited in meet- ing the challenge of an interesting and busy operational schedule.
