F CLASS HISTORY II' was in fhe fall of I946 when fhe class of I95O invaded 'Ihe halls of CHS. We were slighfly piqued af being called green frosh and sef ou'+ fo remedy 'rhe sifuafion. Our officers for fhis year were presidenf, Don May: vice-presidenf, Charles Har- ris: secrefary-freasurer, who knows? and ASB represenfafive, Barry Winzeler. We won Ihe infer-class baskefball fournamenf, received a blue baby cup as a prize for being fhe high poinf class af I'he Freshman Recepfion, and presenfed a Wesf Valley and Freshman skif for fhose respecfive confesfs. Counfy Fair was fhe fheme of fhe Freshman Dance. The gym was decorafed wifh colored balloons, animals and humorus clowns. Sophomore officers were president Barry Winzelerg vice-presidenf, May Lou Blair: secrefary. Sophie Cosman: freasurer, Don Scoffi and ASB represenfafive, Kay Sfark. This year we sponsored a sporfs dance and chose whife wifh blue frim for our class sweaiers. Don Scoff led our Junior officers as presidenf. Jim Sfark was vice-presidenf: Phyllis Jensen, secrefary: Pai' I'IurreII, freasurer: and Jim Nelson, ASB represenfafive. The Junior Prom was held March 25, I949, and had Mardi Gras as fhe fheme. The ceiling was covered wifh crepe paper and I4OO balloons, fhe walls were covered wifh murals of 'Ihe Mardi Gras. Our I950 officers are presidenf, Jim McCuaig: vice-presidenf.
