“Hi, Gloria. Congratulations!” Gloria Twombly, is a secretary for a small construction company. Her ambition has finally been realized. Last week, she married the boss. “Why, Look who is here of all people, Virginia Wood.” Virginia put her hobbies to good use. She has joined the Navy and worked her way up to the rank of Chief Petty Officer. She didn’t go in as an ordinary Wave, she was a special dancing, bowling and swimming instrutor. She has a contract to re- place Esther Williams, when her hitch is up. “Gee! someone is missing. Here they come now. Barbara Corbett, Mar- cia Williams and Geraldine Twombly”. Barbara Corbett’s name is now Mrs. Cecil Tasker. She finally got him. The twins will enter kindergarten next year. Marcia used to say her principle worry was getting Bobby. Boy, she sure nailed him soon after graduation. Geraldine Twombly is now Mrs. Al- bert Hatch. She and the Canadian Mounted Police have one thing in com- mon, they both get their man. It may take some time but they get them. “Alright, Folks, everyone is here. Let’s start the celebrating”.
