Lopez has had the position of school principal. Among his duties, are to give leadership to Cobre High ' s cur- riculumn, foniiulating school policies and to act as laison between Cobre High, the administrative offices and the school board. Mr. Fred Byrd, with his manv years of experience, relinquished his position as head varsity football coach to assume his position as Di- rector of Activities.
