Arabs Go All The Way in D.V.L. The team knew they would have their work cut out this year, being the 2nd time defending D.V.L. champs, with everyone really gunning for them. The team felt the preseason games were very critical to them. The Palm Springs game was their lst indicator as to how good they would be, and was their lst goal of the season. Barstow was the next goal, and they knew if they could beat them they would do well in the league. The loss to Imperial probably was a result of the big win over Barstow, and was very instrumental in their success against El Central, Calexico, by bringing them back to earth, and realizing they had to play their type of football to win. 36 Sports
