One ofthe fastest rising comic's this past year was Steve lVlartin, whose on stage antics were not only eccentric, but considerably funny. 3 A LEADER IS LOST, The death of Hubert Humphrey not only ended an era of great political power, but also brought to an end the life of one ofthe most influential men in America. 188 Current Events -2-' 'Liv F .
